so unimpressed with this hotel. I found open bags of chips and hair ties left behind in my room. the pool was icy cold, and they couldn't care less. I expected at least a discount or complimentary gesture for such inconveniences. the breakfast options were laughable. just couldn't muster a positive review with all these issues.

Rooms clean and well-maintained. Pool area attractive but experiences vary.
No ice buckets, only small plastic bags for ice. Air conditioning problematic. it didn't run properly, making for an uncomfortable night. Breakfast options lacking. minimal variety and quality questionable, not meeting expectations for a hotel of this type.

Had a nice stay! The room was clean and quiet, which was a bonus. Breakfast could use more options though-just cold cereal and waffles. Still, decent for a budget place!

Outstanding Value with Great Comfort!
A fantastic stay with comfortable beds and friendly staff. Loved the indoor pool, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Breakfast options were great, especially the delicious waffles! Future guests should definitely try to get a room close to the pool for easy access.

The hotel is conveniently located near the North Dakota State Fairgrounds, which was great for our family outing. The property was clean and our room was spacious, perfect for my two small kids. The TV and internet worked great too.
In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast needs variety.

The indoor pool was a refreshing retreat after a long drive, and the rooms were clean and comfortable with ample charging stations. The staff's friendliness made check-in a breeze, even if it took a few minutes to find someone at the desk. Plus, the location was perfect for quick access to the highway and local attractions like Dakota Square Mall.
Limited breakfast options.

Recent updates have really improved the condition of the hotel, with common areas and rooms looking brand new. However, the sink drainage issue and the lack of a towel hook were inconvenient. While the location is quite good, the air quality in the room upon entry left something to be desired.

During my stay, I found the rooms very clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed that allowed for a good night's sleep. The WiFi connection was strong, which was crucial for my work. I appreciated the good check-in experience with a friendly clerk, and the breakfast, while limited to bagels and yogurt, was satisfactory given the budget-friendly nature of the hotel. It offered great value compared to other hotels in Minot.
Breakfast options were limited.
